Rhett Hoestenbach graduated from the University of Miami School of Law in 1993 and became a certified attorney May 14, 1994. He returned to Texas to practice under the tutelage of his father, consummate legal advocate and former Texas State Representative, John L. Hoestenbach, Jr.

Rhett has since become a tireless personal injury advocate who has successfully resolved thousands of cases for his clients. Rhett relies on his tenacity and experience to get the results his clients seek.

Rhett has extensive legal experience in the negotiation, settlement and litigation of various types of legal matters, including, but not limited to serious personal injury claims, wrongful death cases, car accident claims, truck accident claims, DWI accident claims, on the job injury claims, premises liability claims, real estate disputes, construction law disputes, contract disputes and insurance bad faith claims. Lane Kazmierski

Attorney at Law

Lane Kazmierski is a native Texan who studied law at St. Mary’s School of Law.

As an undergrad at University of Texas at Austin, Kazmierski played tight end in the 2006 season of Longhorn football. After graduating, Kazmierski pursued his career in Law at the Texas Civil Rights Project as a Law Clerk.

Kazmierski enjoys being involved in the Austin community by coaching soccer and football and volunteering with Capital Area Food Bank.

Susan Swete

Attorney at Law

Susan Swete was born and raised overseas and has lived in the Austin, Texas area for 17 years.  Susan worked her way through her undergraduate degree and law school handling all aspects of real estate marketing, transaction and finance and went on as an attorney to spend 13 years representing clients in complex commercial construction and real estate transaction and litigation matters.  Susan spent her first 4 years as an attorney focusing solely on plaintiff’s personal injury and medical malpractice and has continued her practice in these areas throughout her 17 years of practice.

Susan enjoys contributing time and legal services to CASA, an organization that advocates for children who have, through abuse, neglect or other reasons entered the welfare system.
